What is Pils?

Pils is a bottom-fermented beer made from Pilsner malt and aroma hops. It has a golden to yellow color and is known for its hoppy taste and fine aroma. Pils is often referred to as the classic German beer and is very popular worldwide.

How is Pils made?

The production of Pils starts with malt production. The malt is made from barley and roasted in a malt house. Then the malt is mashed in a brewery, i.e. mixed with water and heated to a certain temperature. Enzymes are activated, which convert the starch in the malt into sugar. After mashing, the wort is boiled and aroma hops are added. The hops give the beer its characteristic taste and aroma. After boiling, the wort is quickly cooled and yeast is added. What is Hell?

Hell is a light-colored, bottom-fermented beer made from light malt and aroma hops. It has a light golden color and is known for its fresh taste and light aroma. Hell is especially popular in Bavaria and is often referred to as a typical Bavarian beer.

How is Hell made?
